Shipping & Logistics Policy

1. Direct Supplier Inquiries & Wholesale Orders

• Platform Role: OLIGNE is a communication and discovery portal. For direct catalog inquiries, wholesale order packing, freight dispatch, GST E-Way Bill generation, and transporter booking are managed directly between the buyer and the seller.
• Transport Booking: Buyers typically nominate their preferred logistics partner, local transport agency (road transport, railway parcel, or air cargo), or factory ex-works pickup.
• Transit Insurance: Buyers are advised to obtain transit insurance directly from their carrier to safeguard commercial consignments against loss or transit damage.

2. Custom Manufacturing Orders (OEM / ODM)

• Sample Dispatch: Approved prototype samples are dispatched via express courier (e.g. DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery) with tracking details shared directly with the buyer.
• Bulk Production Dispatch: Once production quality checks are completed and the remaining balance is settled, bulk consignments are dispatched to the buyer's specified warehouse or business destination using reputable freight transporters.
• Delivery Timelines: Estimated lead times provided during quotation are indicative and depend on fabric milling, dyeing schedules, embroidery/printing complexity, and interstate highway conditions.

3. Statutory Documentation & GST E-Way Bills

All interstate consignments valued above statutory thresholds require valid GST Tax Invoices and E-Way Bills generated by the consignor. Suppliers and buyers are legally responsible for ensuring that goods in transit comply with all Central and State GST regulations.
